I create emotional instrumentals fueled by my love of stories and the power of music to tell them. Seeds planted at my piano are nurtured and layered with digital instruments and soundscapes to paint a mood, an arc, a tension, a character.

As reflected in the title of my debut album, Plotlines, literature has been a key inspiration in my musical journey. After years of burnout in a trauma-heavy career, I found my musical voice in a season of healing where I was deeply impacted by the joint power of music + stories to help my mind reflect, escape, and dream.  The songs I write are inspired by the books I’ve read, the stories I’ve lived, and sometimes even surprise me by telling something entirely new.
